P5WD2 dual channel problem!

I can't believe it.. but my bad luck is still here :slapass:
My OCZ platinum rev. 2 -> 3-2-2-8 @ 266 Mhz didn't run on my p5wd2 in dual channel mode with this timings! they worked in single channel mode with 3-2-2-8 @ 266!
What's the problem? The motherboard or the ram?
and there is a really big fsb fluctuation when I try to set fsb @ 295-310!
super pi and prime95 are stable, but the fsb is between 15 and xxx :nono:

I use a silverstone st60f, so the power supply shouldn't be a problem.

I didn't bought low latency ram to use it with high latency!!

Have you got the latest bios? v0606 and be sure to flash it in MS-Dos mode.
Also, check your Vdimm settings.

No! I downloaded it yesterday... it's the newest one...

My ram works great in single channel modus:
