Bios for P5WD2 non-premium

I there guy's,

I have the board described on the title.
I have a P4 640 @ 5100MHz, prommie cooled.

On Asus website there's only 0301 bios version. But this latest one I dunno why, doesn't allow me to OC as high as that came with the board. The problem is that this bios is the first release version...

On the last couple of days, I've searched every shadowed corner of the internet for more bioses, but I didn't found any...

Does anyone have more bioses for this rig?
Or, can I install the Premium bioses in it?

I've the same question! I thought ASUS will update the non-premium bios too...
I bought today a non-premium, because I thought I can overclock like a premium! PLS help us

Impossible to run 955XE on non-premium??? if yes, I've to buy the premium version and give the non-premium back. Argh that sucks!

Asus does it all the time with it's non deluxe/premium m/b's. The don't update the bios as often as their "big" brothers.
That really sucks!
