DX9 and Radeon

Well, the family computer needs a little fixin and Im gonna update all the drivers and such...really, i want to know if there is going to be any perfomance increase if i install directx 9 on the computer. its an amd 1800+ with an ati radeon 7500 le. thanks.

I'm no positive...but I don't think you'll notice a difference for the better w/ a 7500LE :)
