i was watching HSN and she was advertising the PD 820 in a comp and she was like..."Intel, which is a great company, has been using the same chipset for the last 30 years, has this new chipset that has two processors on it!"

I dont think she knows what she is talking about. Intel has been switching chipsets fairly frequently.

ahh is HSN a shopping channel? thats what confused me, hehe thats amusing, I love people on tv pretending to know about PC's and making fools of them selves :)
here in the UK theres a great 'PC world' advert where some familys looking at a PC on the shelf and the sales lady comes over and starts telling them about it saying " ahh yes its an HP whatever and it has an intel pentium 4 processor with HT technology!" to which the family reply "HT technology?:confused:" and sales lady says "hyper threading technology" family reply "ohhh of course"
because that obviously explains everything :rolleyes:.
