How would I go about modifying my PSU to put out a stronger +5v and +3.3v rail(im running quite a bit and theyre getting kind of low)
Also my +12v rail seems to be somewhat high at 12.6v do i just have a very strong rail or is it too high and i should modify it as well to make it a bit lower?

How low is your 5V rail? The 12V rail is within 5% tolerance so that looks ok to me....

If you adjust your 5V rail, the 12V will come up aswell. 12.6 is a bit high, but nothing to worry about.
To change the 3.3V line you'll need to cranck open the psu and look for the orange wires follow the circuits that start from the orange wires, and replace the first resistor you come across with a pot. Set the pot to be exactly the same resistance as the resistor you replaced, boot and try and ajust the pot a little, see what that gives you.
The same goes for your 12/5V line.
Mind you, the higher the resistance, the higher the voltage (at least that's on most psu's. I've never seen anything else, but you never know.)
