I need help with ASUS P5LD2 DELUXE and P 640 to get 100k In Aquamark

I have ASUS P5LD2 DELUXE AND P 640 4.2 v1.55 on air load temps 60 C.MSI 7800GT 521/1340 v1.5, I cant lower my multiplier from 16x to 14x in bios I can do it only after windows start with Rmclock can somebody help me to do it from bios to make it permanent and to get till 300fsb. or How to change fsb in windows.
I get 91000 in AQ3. So if I will get 300 fsb maybe I will get till 100k.

I try to change my bios options with AMI tools but cuoldnt open cpu Lock.

i believe you cannot do it in the BIOS, unless it is a ES chip.
