hello

can you help me... I plan a Celeron-Mobile(m350) System on the Asus P4p800 - Vm Mainboard... negative aspect is that the vcore is locked on this board...

Can i make a u-wire mod with the adapter on this board?
What VCORE can i have after this mod?
Anybody who had made this?

I must take this board because of mATX...

Can I take every DDR400 RAM to overlock?

With FSB 170 i will be very happy.

As explained in the Dothan/CT479 "howto" sticky the u-wire mod gives 1.5VCore regardless of MB (as I understand it).
I have the P4P800-VM + Celeron M 360 in one system..
My experience (also with 350 M) is that this chip does not respond to increase of VCOre.. It OC's to max on default VCore.. almost.. :)
My 360M manages 168x14=2352.. the 350M did 166x13.. none of them would boot at VCore > 1.45 (if I remember correctly).
Other members here has reported similar results..

Is that a B1 or a C0 stepping? What motherboard were you using?

The better the ram, the better the OC.
