8 pin means eatx 12v. Plug 8 pin. The 4 pin is for Mobo that only support atx12v.
take care.

thanks alot man but i have an other question for you.
when my cpu is idle my voltage is 1.49 when in the bios its 1.5 but when i run 2prime in the same time the voltage drop to 1.39v i dont know why. but those numbers are not from a multimeter their from speedfan and occt

Its first problem of the software and because of VDroop.

that drop in vcore under load is called vdroop. It happens. And from the values you are posting that is about the norm. I have mine set at 1.4v and it droops to 1.3-1.32 under 100% load.

so it is normal???
vdroop does not affect the frequencies and other things?

yes it is normal and it just affects all voltage.
