hooked my Epox 8RDA into my prometia got some kingston hyperx 3500, and my Vmodded 9700, but I can hardly get it to do anything on this board, I can't pass anything with a FSB over 200.
my videocard OC are way way down...

everything works but, this board just isn't letting me do anything...

with my old 8K3A+ I was able to do 209x11, with my card at 440/340.

now I can hardly do, 200x10.5, with the card doing 390/320.

I know I have only had it for about 2 hours but this is just terrible, I can't seem to get anywhere near my old scores, plus my OC's are way down, my videocard is way off, and I can't figure out whats going here...

I am soo tired.
time for bed.

2 words m8, VDD mod.

Check the thread in the AMD section for info on it. Id recommend a 540 ohm fixed resistor to give you 1.88 - 1.89vDD. Youll need a heatsink and fan on the northbridge - something rated up to about a p3 800mhz does nicely.

I had exactly the same problem - I could do 206mhz at low multipliers, but only up to about 195mhz at high multipliers. Dual channel knocked another 8mhz off. Desktop freezes aplenty and a crippled graphics overclock when running high FSB. With a VDD mod and a few other mods (see my new post in the amd section) im now able to achieve 225mhz dual DDR and my gfx clocks are back to normal.

The vdd mod is quite hard to find, youll have to root about for it. VRzone have a guide up on how to do it if you need to go there. Its really very easy to do.

still having zero luck with it, and now I am seeing my multipliers are Nill from 12.5 up, which the KT-400s I used this CPu in, could do it easily, and benchmarking?

well, I have had zero luck with that so far, haven't gotten on sucessful OC'd benchmark.
