Is it possible to have CrossFire with these two cards and board without the master CrossFire card? If so how?

The P5WD2-Premium is CrossFire compatible with BIOS 0606. The only thing I know on CrossFire is that you use the DVI cable supplemented with the CrossFire card, then connect from the Master to the Slave card and set it the display properties.
Then again; for this motherboard to work with 65nm CPUs there will have to be new BIOS released soon.
On the other hand, if you want CrossFire, I'd suggest the 975X chipset intead of a 955X, as for what it seems like the 975X will be better for CrossFire.
