Hey everyone. I just ordered an X2 3800+, 7800gt, and Asus A8N-SLI and am upgrading from an A64 3200+, x800xl, and K8V-Deluxe and just recentlly re-installed my whole OS onto a 10gb partition on my dual Raptors in RAID-0 (VIA RAID), and my Apps onto the remainder partition of the array. My question is, can i hookup the Raptors to the nv-RAID controller on the new motherboard and not have to re-install all my data, or do i have to re-create my RAID array and start from scratch?

If the case is i have to start from scratch, could I simply ghost my Raptors and after installing all the parts, ghost the image back onto the drives after setting them up in the RAID bios? Or would it be easier to install windows onto a partition on another backup drive I have with the proper RAID driver, use a windows RAID utitlity to get the array working and then copy everything over using ghost or another utility?

I'm pretty ignorant on ghosting and RAID setups and want to prevent having to re-install EVERYTHING from scratch since i just did it a few days ago when I killed my RAID array by overclocking my K8V-Deluxe too high which threw off the PCI bus speed because it didn't have a PCI/AGP lock.

Any help would be appreciated.
