No, I didn't kill it  I have this problem with unpredictable oc'ing results.

-ASRock 939dual-sata2
-Opteron 146 CABYE
-2x 256 Crucial Ballistix

Last night, when OC'ing it, it was 2.85 steady on 1.45v. This morning, when I tried again, it wouldn't even boot at 2.3 @ 1.425, 1.45 and when it finally did boot, it spewed windows errors like mad, and random boot-up errors, including files that didn't 'exist', so it couldn't boot. That, and in the Bios, no matter what setting I get the ram set at (there's only a few, 100mhz, 133, 166, 200), the ram always auto-underclocks itself usually to 166mhz, or 133mhz. Then theres the fact that I just want to set my ram to run at the rated speed, DDR500, but it just won't. That, and the options only give it 1.45 vCore max. Pitiful.

Yep. One DIMM, still problems with that. Runs Memtest86+ perfectly with no errors in both single channel, dual channel, and tried in all combo's of slots.

It sometimes happens your OS gets messed up.... happens to me once too.... Else I'm tempted to say your mobo is having issues...
