Can you give us some more explanations? Is the memory sync'ed? What kind of cooling do u have? Do a 3dmark run and publish it

Something tells me that it might be CPU-Z :banana::banana::banana::banana:ing up as by the way his posted it seems like his clueless!!!
What AMD motherboards have option for FSB up to 286MHz anyway??

Agree with Firelord-OCHW - one possibility is that he's running a 14 mult and cpu-z is seeing it as a 7 mult. At least, that puts the board back into sane territory.
Although, setfsb on my KD7-E, in "Ultra" mode has settings that go up to 340 FSB - haven't had the cajones to set a low mult and try it though.

multiplier is at 15x.. the cpu-z is a bit buggy
