Nothing happening?

Hmm, dunno whats up or if this is just me or what...
Since I started DIMESing today, I haven't had a single destination host reply.
heres a sample snippet of the messages:

It's something that's going on with the DIMEs people right now.... they had a problem with ICMP measurements, so they switched to only UDP for a little while. I get the same errors, but I haven't noticed much of a drop in points... it did drop from when I was doing ICMP but it wasn't a huge amount.

Every single one of my clients shows that, and I've been getting some pretty good production lately, so it doesn't seem to be a very big deal.
