WTF is up with the stats for 2 days?

Netdimes site died again...
Most of Friday evening/Saturday was spent with the clients unable to connect to the dimes servers.
Sat/Sun agents were producing, but looks like Netdimes had a DB server error so nothing was registering... (if you checked the stats page, there was a connection lost to DB errror...)

Theres just been 1 dump but nothing since it seems...

Can someone do mea a favor and post a task manager shot of how much ram a vm uses with only ONE windows client installer (from your main machine, not from the vm).

Doesnt that depend on how much ram you have assigned to the VM ?

The client used to jump to 70k+ MB usage, but now it's only using 19k(the first collumn) in the second is the max memoryusage since the comp was on, and the third is the amount of virtual memory it uses...

Nah, I dont mean javaw, I mean the vmware itself. If I can figure out how much windows + the vmware itself uses (I'm guessing around 80 or 90mbs) and I find out that the linux version uses like 60, this would be a huge find.

I take it you mean the program loaded up and ready to launch ? If so mine grabs about 19mb from memory. If you just mean the services then Im not sure.

I mean a full vmware: The vmware program,windows running, and dimes in full swing.

Well it all depends on how much you assign to the VM and also what you set VMware to use in its properties, whether its meant to use more swap file or less and the actual amount assigned from the physical ram.

I always pause my VMs as Im impatient and cant be bothered to wait for a full shutdown.

Anybody know when stats are back online,its a long time that its offline 3,4 days now,did this happen before with the Dimes server,or is something going on that we dont know about.

BTW do we have to let them run or do we shutdown Dimes for a day or so.

In a week or so i have to shutdown al my rigs,i have to change a few things arround,wont take more then a day i think(i hope:D ).

I'm pretty sure that it's still keeping track of stats internally, it's just not showing them. So any work that you do now should show up whenever everything comes back up.

Some people appear to have lost some stats tho... Most of the XS crew seem to have escaped without issue (touch wood)

I think I have. Was at aprox 996K when my stats stuck at 56K for the day.

They say I've added 101K+ since then (About right for 3 days), but I've only got 1,021,795 total? 3 days down the drain...

It also looks like Rebel Alliance have merged with AT, giving them a 5Million measurement Bump

Hmm, maybe we should do some whoring of our own than.. They are worried, thats why they merged. You guys wait and see the stats tomorrow :)
