if you have a athlon fx-57 and want to a 220x13 minor overclock, (I have that G.skill LE 1gb ram), is there any need to change the ram timings from 2-2-2-5?

Test it, normaly u don't have to, my FC's run up to 240 2-2-2-5 1 @ 2,9V
