Quick question. When you do the V-mod on mem and GPU does it always stay at that voltage setting?? Even in 2d?

In other words after you do the mod can the volt levels in the bios still change the card or does the volt modding completely overide those settings and lock them in at what you set them to? (asked in a thread but nobody answered.. must have thought I was trying to jump in... so i'm asking here)

It's a regular vmod, it tricks the voltage controller into raising it a set amount. So, if you raised it .1v from 1.4v bios with a hard wire and then raised bios to 1.5v, you'd have 1.6.

Since 2d is 1.2 in bios (or 1.3? can't recall) a hard mod raised .1v will bring it close to 1.3.
