Dual core optis where to get for cheap?

Where is the cheapest place to get a dual core opti with an 11x multi? I am making a new build...i will hold off only if the M2 and so on will be out soon after new years...the only reason i dont want to wai is opti are going byebye and i need it for a school project unless the m2 and so on will be RIGHT when expected...
