Recently installed printer, now windows bugs me with startup messages

I recently installed a new printer and it works fine, except now when I restart my computer i get a found new hardware pop up and it prompts me to install ethernet and raid drivers. I'm not sure why seeing as how i don't use ethernet and don't use raid. It just started randomly and every time I restart it pops up although i always press cancel. Any suggestions?

Whenever new hardware is installed, the system will attempt to install drivers for ANY hardware that doesn't have a driver.

You can disable the unused devices in device manager and they won't pop up after reboot.

The easiest way would be to go into the BIOS and disable them from there.
