Hm, would this aquarium chiller unit work?

I'm not ready to buy anything yet but I'm just reading stuff and looking around, came across this on ebay while checking how much I'd have to spend.

Says it has a 1/2" inlet and outlet. Wouldn't I just have to add it to the loop of my water system, or would that screw up some stuff?

The only issue with those is control. Their set up to cool in a differnet range than were looking for. We want sub-freezing, those are set up in the electroniscs to run WELL above ambient. You would have to modify the electronics, and add more internal insulation(condensation) to make them work for out needs.

Otherwise, if you have the money, there a great system.

Yeah I figured it wouldnt be that easy or other people would have bought them.

What specifically would I search for on ebay? Would I search for a "chiller a/c unit" or what, I'm not sure what to type... I just wanna see the prices of some things I could work with.

The searches I usally do are chiller, water chiller, water fountain, water cooler, refrigeration. Then ebay has other suggestions when you search.

ah ha! so if someone buys one of these ( fountain, cooler, etc ) I wouldnt have to mess with refridgerant would I?

and could I get atleast -10 full load on my processor? :D just curious.

Yeah I'm sorry about posting about all my questions, I have been reading stickies but I'm so inexperienced about all of this I dont even understand most of whats in the stickies.
