DIMES as a service?

I was just wondering if its possible to create an installer that would create DIMES as a service on a PC, much like Rod's D2OL installers. Second question is, does anybody here know how to do so?

Problem with that is, DIMES doesnt have a console only mode, so running it as a service wouldnt work. Now, if those guys made a CLI version, i could probably double what i have now and run it as a service.
