So i have this huge problem, after a while the pointer on my screen freezes. The wierd part is that, the pointer is still active because i can right click, and it will bring up a menu, and i can move the mouse interact with it, but its invisible. Also the systems doesnt freeze, im not oced or anything.
The wierest part comes next, i try to shut down my computer using the off button on my case, press it once, and it comes up with a little dialog box to force shutdown a program, the programs name "not supposed to see". Now i thing this could be spyware, but my resources are fine, cpu isnt anything aove 3% at idle and thats becuse of aim. No odd looking tasks. Im thinking its eigther a virus in the MBR or my new mobo can supply enough power? Ive tried 2 mice both usb powered, and i have a little converter for usb to ps2 that i have used with no luck. I have also tried the power jumpers ont eh mobo without luck. Also the mouse goes out different times, no exact telling when it goes. Also thte install is new so i doubt spyware or adware, just installed drivers.
