Niiice results :)

Try'n disable dynamic, normal skew, 0 idle cycle limit, 12 trfc (11 if possible, works better than 10 :|)

Wow, thats fast. First one to break 21.8. Why not tref=100 1.95us and idle cycle limit=0? Keep going.

I think I can answer that one :)

I've done similar tests with trfc ;)

Do u mean tref? Didnt know that. I usually get like a little faster with tref @ 100 1.95 us. I think OPB uses it also.

Weird, 100/1.95 means a refresh is done at every 3684 cycles and should be faster than 200/15.6 (refresh at every 780 cycles); the often the refresh the worse the performance.

Nice time. :toast:

But its SPi 1M, not 1MB.
1M = 1 Mega = 1 Million.
1MB = 1 MegaByte.

I hope this is a no cold-bug CPU....we tested 9 FX57 before this.
I just hope that the purple cascade will be at my door before Christmas.
BTW probably we'll try an LN2 run..... :D

My Best compliments here too, my friends..

Hey guyz, don't suggest any memtimings.....reaching that results means "compromises" so if u see something weird...it's just for this reason..
Giampa is a real master in memory timings settings...if he didn't set anything different...it's just because that is the best he can do... usually...
I don't know if he has any hidden results to show @ the right moment....but be sure that he's really a master!

I told him the same...heheheh
And he answered me just like i've written...

LOL :D :D :D

They're using UTT CH , TRFC under 15 is almost imposible at high FSB's ( 14 the max... ) I second the 0 idle cycle limit...

Congrats on that result men! :toast:

Great 1m score giorgio :toast:
You tried 9 chips before finding a good one!? wow...Can't wait to see this one on your purple pc-ice monster. If it is like kinc's and can go to below -80c, your in for some big numbers....

Agreed for the settings, but I don't think he's the first one to break 21.8sec

Nice time btw

Very nice speed Giorgio! :toast: You mentioned special OS do you mean tweaked OS? If so do you mind saying which OS it's based on? Also stepping on the chip? Thanks. :)

We used win server 2003 hardly tweaked by Giampa, the older member of our team... and a great spacialist on OS and Memory timing tweaking...

i agree on that!!!!

hey, you guys are AWESOME!!!

@who asked for "better" timings: Instead of tryin' to teach Giampa how to do his works we don't you all leran from him! He's the master with DDR and O.S., then silence please... Paganini is working!

Marco

p.s.: Anyway...i repeat... you guys are AWESOME!!!!
