7800gtx voltmodded, card dead?

Hey,
last weekend i tried to get my card voltmodded. But i think i did something wrong. When i try to boot my pc, it stops in a sec. I m sure its the videocard since ive got a reserve one. Then i removed the mod but it still isnt working. I think the problem lies at the gpucoremod cause there i looked and measured the 4black blocks with 2 of them are giving me 10Ohm and 2give me nothing!
Its modded like the one @ malvescorner.

I hope someone can help me.

Can you post some pics of how your vmod looked like. The resistance for the vpgu reglation should be aabove 13ohm stock. 10ohm would probably kill your card.

i know. The resistance was 200Ohm. I gave my card to someone who has knowledge of these things. I hope it can be fixed:(
