Best timings for 6800GT?

Hi guys, new here :)

I've reached 445/1215 stable on my Leadtek 6800GT AGP and would like to gain some more performance. Will different mem timings do the trick? And if so, which ones?

I have also 6800GT , what cooling you use? Did u add any higher volt ? 1.4v?

Yeah, I did the 1.4V BIOS mod (managed 410/1160 before).
Cooling is modded stock - I switched to MX-1 thermal paste and removed the filter/plastic that covered the HSF, also added 120mm Thunderblade.

Now, it seems the core has met it's limit on air because the temps are great (59 at full load), But I do think the memory can be squeezed some more with tightened timings.
