Can this be done easily?
I have ordered a swiftech mcw-50T, but i didn't think about the neoprene pad at the back of the card i would have to install to be able to use it.

Welcome to Xtreme:D
Removing the existing heat sink isn't all that difficult, but it is delicate. The way I do it is to take the vid card in hand, and with a razor blade, just start rotating around inbetween the heat sink and the chip with some (but not a lot) of force and just keep basically cutting at the adhering compound. Make sure you wear some leather gloves while doing this just in case you slip. After a little bit, the blade should start to get deeper. After you've cut most of the way through, you should be able to gently pry up on the heat sink. By prying, I mean that you insert a flat head screwdriver in between the two and twist slightly. It should eventually pop off. If it doesn't then go back to the blade.
As far as the closed cell gasketing for condensation protection, you can find neoprene gasketing at almost any hardware or home improvment store. it should be in one way tape form. Only downfall is that most places only sell 100ft rolls or so.

Removing the Heatsink is easy here is how I did it:
Run the card for a while on a game or a 3D app so it gets warmed up.
Remove the card, pull out the holding pins and try to gently twist the heatsink, it should come off fairly easy.
As far as the MCW50-T do not worry about the neoprene pad , it comes supplied with one...
What you will need that it does not come with is some Dielectric grease. you should go to:
Swiftnets (http://www.swiftnets.com) and go to the MCW50-T page and read up on the manual... ;)
