Okay, So I am setting up a Another DIMES box, and I've hit a few snags, otherwise known as defunct hardware.

So, I thought why not post what you've killed in the Process of setting up/running boxes for DC Projects in general.
I'll keep this thread updated, with general categories, and special mentions for Really Good Hardware(tm) that has died in the name of DC

I use to really stress hardware, lol

Umm the 2 PSU is from trying to direct wire them.. I had the schematics down, however, during a manf change of one psu, they change the sense wire color, which caused a short circut, honest, it wasnt my fault, lol.

That was for a Barton 2500 on dual TECs running 2.6 Gigz

The video cards were all tec'd as well.

I still have in working condition, 3 Slot A Athlons and 2 mobo's for em.

Folding...Compaq 810E board. was a sad, painful death. came home from school, found rig hardlocked. wouldnt turn off via holding pwr switch either. unplugged it, half way through XP boot, froze. turned it off (pwr button actually worked). fired it back up, no post :( :(

that thing rocked. all other parts still work (667 Celery, PSU, RAM, etc)
