Lost my hole /C:!!!Xtreme help

I found that my fathers pc had a UTT 256MB TwinMOS so i tried to see what "fishies" this stick "cathes" on my DFI.And the show begins:2-2-2-5 and 3.0Vdimm.I know,i know it was such a stupid movement...The result?The system didn't boot.Even with other rams.After trying a lot i put off/on the buttery and the system boot.However it says:"An error detected while disk reading(smth like that)Press ctrl+Alt+Del to restart".After a lot of tries i put a second disk with XP on and boot from this.I can see the 2 of the 3 partitions and open all folders but i can't folders from the first one which was the OS are empty(my desktop's one)or doesn't open.Any ideas?Please help guys cause i had a lot of stuff plus my univ's works... :brick:

im having trouble understanding what your trying to say, but it might be the best idea if you know anyone that has a spare hard drive that you can use, install windows on it, then see if you can access your drive in slave from windows.

That's exactly what i've done my friend!!!What i mean:I used the second drive(with XP inside) and saw my main disk which was a slace one.From the 3 partitions the first one was with wins and all of my data.When i am trying to open:Documents and settings/Hydrus(which is my account) it doesn't open and it says:Access is denied.What to do???
