Hello,

Its me again always a generation behind in ocing ;)

Well after a break from any benching i decided to start some 3dmark05 bencing my result: 5928

http://service.futuremark.com/servlet/Index?pageid=/orb/projectdetails&projectType=12

Hopefully the link will work im not all that experienced when it comes to dealing with the orb.

specs are in the sig. Newcastle was running at 2750 and the frequencys are still very much conservative (trying new cooling). I am planing on attaching my Coolemaster Hyper 6 to the card but am still designing the clamps to hold it on.

Thanks
[ZIZI] :stick:

No flaming due to the fact that it is not a FX-57 running at 4.5 ghz *not all of us have the money for brand spankin new hardware :p:

Link isn't correct... And here's my 6800GT:

You should do much better then this, considering your clocks.

I think 6k is with that setup not to hard
Im trying next week for 7k ( look at my sig )
Somebody knows what the WR is with a single 6800gt in 01 , 03 ,05 ?

Thanks for teh replys,

I got up to 62xx however the computer froze when it went i wanted to upload to online browser (cpu@2860) was surprised it even got thru the canyon. Anyway do you guys use any specific tweaks for those scores?? cause all i do is set to real time, close explorer and put rendering quality to high performance

tnx

I guess you're doing something wrong...drivercleaner or something simular could help.
Notebooks with video cards of the same generation can get more (stable!).

Which multiplier did you use to geht those BH6 so high with 3.2V?

hey Cranox, look for +7k world record for single card.
can't remember his name, going to search ORB, but it's so slow today :s

ok, here it is I think:
05-> Apocalipsis - 7842.00 - FX@3.34GHz 1x6800U@595/1440
03-> Apocalipsis - 18234.00 - FX@3.34GHz 1x6800U@595/1430

ok, it's an ultra, but thats like 100% the same except maybe some better cores.
maybe shamino has some better scores but I can't use futuremark ORB today

For the bh-6 i believe it was running 1:1 at 276x9, not amazing but it isnt bad for 754...ill try and find a screeny

Yeah ive never really been into 3dmark tweaking (i would run it when it got out and that was about it), i thouroughly clean drivers with driver cleaner pro
, before installing new ones.

And as for the ultra being the same as the gt, your right, except for the fact that the 6800 gt is seriously underpowered *only 1 molex, missing caps.... its usually only power failiures that keep me from making it through the test and not to high of a clock (power failures cause the nasty checkerboard patern..)

Thanks

6800GT gigabyte 350/1000 @ 420/1120
P4 2.4 @ 3.1
asus p4p800
hynix 1gb 2.75V 2.5-3-3-6 430mhz
all stock air cooled.. but i can't push the core + memory more.. overclocking through RivaTuner.. if i will buy a Zalman Fatality VGA / VF700cu will i be able to push it more?

Im one step behind ya cranox! http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/5996/68399qh.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

When I get my new motherboard, im going to do some ram tweaking which will probaly get me to 6900-7k+.

Also, for some reason (after a reboot) My memory and core are both off. It isnt rivatuner that is off either, because I can tell the difference in FPS/Score. My core is off by 2mhz, and my mem off by 5. If i put my core to 468-670, it only goes at 468. And when I put it to 471, it goes to 472.5 (unstable =/)

Not true.
Look @ this:

My GT has the same connection, and this picture is an ultra.
Maybe AGP cards suffer from that, but not PCI-E cards.

Yeah, PCIe GT's are much better for OC.
I have agp and I'm stuck @ 445/1215 1.4V (score 6212)

hmm, thats not that bad for AGP. My PCI-E GT is doing the same with 1,5V

WR is not far anymore. I think I can take it with some Dry Ice. Someone got a tube for me?
