Max GPU/mem voltage 6800GT

I got a vmodded 6800gt xfx.
What is the highest voltage on water that is more or less safe for benching ? ( temps stressed 45° celcius )
I put 1.680v on gpu but i need more , is 1.750v still ok ? ( card was running 1.5v on the gpu for 6 months now )
And for the mem i runned 2.2v for benching , is this the maximum for bench ?

2.40v for the mem and 1.755v for the core is no problem.
Just in case somebody wonts to know this :)

1.755 is pretty much for the core, it's known to die @1.5v after a couple o months, but if you want to take the risk...

It's the power regs that can't take the extra voltage, make sure you cool them too
