Nice! Good to see you back to OCing Lastviking! Don't forget to grab superPi mod 1.4 /w anticheat for your next runs ;)

Have you modded the big typhoon at all? It needs a good lapping ;) If you're outside a case and don't mind noise add a powerful fan such as a delta sucking through the fins and use a gutted 120mm fan as a shroud. If you have foam you can make gaskets to keep it air tight and fill in the caps between the fins and the wall where the heatpipes bend ;)

Looking nice ? :D Anyone know how high 2x512 WR is @ T1 ? ;)Yep, looks pretty good to me :) Good to see ya back, Lv...

As far as records... There's quite a few people that have done SPi 32M @ 275Mhz (ZderinS and gigi77, from the top of my head). Then there is k|ngp|n's 278Mhz in Pifast (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=29540), charlie's 280Mhz in Pifast (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=30420) and 288MHz cpu-z validation (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=29535). I'm pretty sure charlie's 288Mhz is with T1 (ask him If you want) but I do not recall that 293Mhz that was mentioned earlier...

Thx for info, cpu-z validation is one thing and its much easyer. But i need at least 281 T1 i see :)

That's fun, 3322Mhz is just exactly what I did with my 148 CABYE with AirCooling! (hyper6 + cold air) :banana: (but I forgot to make a validation :rolleyes: )

BTW my highest 2x512MB 1T SS was at 289Mhz (http://img318.imageshack.us/img318/6043/2896fe.jpg) and using superpi at 280Mhz (http://img318.imageshack.us/img318/1039/3088mhz155v2mbbo1tm.jpg). (with A64 tweaker opened I only have this one (http://img336.imageshack.us/my.php?image=2765hi.jpg) at 276Mhz but with very tight timings.

In a month or two im about to break that record easily. Once i get a stable DFI mobo with high vdimm ill be aiming for 280+ with 2-2-2 timing with my Corsair PC3500c2. I've had this ram for years and they never felt 3v until a month ago when i installed them in my 2nd pc on a DFI NF3 250gb which now does 255fsb memtest stable and they go higher in windows using clockgen at only 3.1v .

Lets the aim for higest 2x512 bh5 clocks begin :D

Doubt its the best 2x 512MB speed..

I've done 273 1M stable... On G.skill GBGH
and done 7665MB/s at 258mhz... Thats a eff @ 92.84% :) (CPU became bottleneck afterwards, was a winny 3200+)

Its not +6c ambient temp,the temp outside was that.And the stuff was close to a open window. Full load temp was high about 36c+. hmm summer now in sydney?:)

Your timings for the memory could be a lot better. Try the following:

trfc = 12
tras = 3
trrd = 0
twtr = 1
tref = 133MHz 1.95us
max async = 7ns
read preamble = 4.5ns
idle cycle limit = 0 cycles
dynamic idle counter = enable

This is what my mushkin can handle, so try each out, should give you a huge boost in your super pi times and overall lower latency if all of these timings are used.
