Yeah, windows on my main pc atm died, the shell completely crashed... and last known good confguration doesnt work, I haven't tried ASR. But looks as though I am going to have to reinstall...... after backing up some stuff. Im going to install 2k3 Server, when i get it, because, im building the new rig as my main. And this will be a server.

There are many programs to make an IMAGE of yr LocalDisc - NortonGhost or AcronisTrueImage. You might just use one. This image will secure you from re-installing the whole system.

I know about NortonGhost and such, just never bothered to look at it for my own use, due to the fact, I dont know how much space it would require, I.E. if it uses the amount of space the install does, i dont have that kind of drive space available...
