Alrite, thats fine with me. Do u think vmware will affect a daily used computer?? Adding songs to an ipod/ surfing web/ using word?? If I can get it installed on one rig I might be able to get it set up on another rig.

I have no prob with that. It looks like Hellheim added some rigs, cause he's at 80k right now!! I guess I could ask my neighbors if it would be alrite.

I think highlander will make it to 1mil before me unless I get these VM's working. I almost had one, but it didnt work. I'm gonna follow some more directions and get atlest one up, maybe more if it doesnt slow it down too much.

Depends if me housemates stop turning the other machine off... Running 3 agents down looses ~ 600+ points per hour if not more....

Well, my comp downstairs just wont run it (once I install it, it comes up with an error #17xx). The other comp says that I have an invalid key and that I have to buy one ( right after I restarted) and I'm leary about installing one on the family comp. We use it now to copy dvd's, so do u think running 1 would slow it down alot?? Noticeably?

If you only assign 128mb ram to it should be fine. Run a single VM with 256mb on my A64 and it doesnt hurt performance at all. Have to close it to play games etc, but switching to 128mb should sort that.
Theres 2 256mb VM's running on a 1.4 celly w/1gb downstairs and theres no noticable performance hit to the machine at all, plays DVDs, videos same as it used to...

Well, I think I got this vmware thing figured out. When I was installing it, when it came to the serial # thing, I pressed SKIP instead of entering. I finally figured out that they sent u a serial number! Getting the first one up and running now.

Be good to have a sparring partner, try and eat into Hellheims dominace and little, and get us closer to crunchers inc :D

Ok, the one on the family comp is going well, and I just got one on my brothers comp. Still dont know why my daily hasn't gone up yet though.

Cheers dude :D The extra 4VM's are working a treat now :D Hoping to see me first 50k daily production, and hopefully should be around there from now on :D
Hovering ~ #11 overall on daily atm, 1/2 more VM's should tip things into the top 10, but both these machines are maxed :(
