click on your own name there on the left, a drop down appears, one of the options is to find more posts by m4rtin, this give you a list. Or you can subscribe to threads you want to watch.

you can also select the option to auto subscribe to all threads you post in, to keep track of the threads and discussions, but it gets messy if you post a lot :D

you can also goto search and search for your username and all the threads youve posted in will show up, with the most recent being first. The threads with new posts will be in bold.

i had subscribe to threads i post in enabled, i kinda forgot about it, then after some update on the forums (was a long time ago, i wasnt even xip back then :D) the default was somehow changed to email me when theres an update in a thread i subscribed to.
so i was subscribed to a few thousand threads, and as soon as anybody would post in any of those threads id get an email hahahaha
i got like 300 mails on one day or so ^^
