Cancelling order from Monarch

Hey guys, i cant seem to figure this out... I want to cancell my order at monarch and it seems the only way i can contact them is through email...

anyone got any tips?

Yeah good luck.. let us know how you've got your money back. Cancelled my order fifteen minutes after I placed it and today is the 11th day and I still don't have my money. Will never every buy again from them. I'm so pissed that I might just register a website to collect thier horror stories.

i just called them like 5 mins ago toll free since they still ahvnet shipped all the stuff that says ordered in my sig. guy picked up the phone was a :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana: then told me not to yell. quite naturally i started yelling. tired to tell me it wasn't theyr fault, that it takes 1-2 days to get stuff from the warehouse, after the 1-2 buisness days of order porcessing though tis NOT listed on thery site ANYWHERE that i can find.

anyhoo call 1-800-611-0875 have order number ready, they answerdo n the fiorst ring about 10 mins ago (2:50 pm EST)

Remember that Monarch has its tricks. I've noticed that they list as "in stock" but they get them like ten days after that. They simply try to rob other retailers of their customers. If you see something on Monarch and nowhere else then there is something going on... don't fall for that crap!
