Genuine NF2 scores can't be published, but 24396 on a P4 @ 2392MHz (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=5588456) can. Brilliant.
I'm just sitting here waiting on the new 3dmark ;)

So, is that number 1 a fake?? If so how has it been allowed to go up cos that just is NOT right...

Is it a fake? Its a 2.4GHz P4... ;)

FutureMark are jsut going weird now!
Fake scores, dodgy logo, name change, not allowing NForce2 scores to be posted.

Well it seems they took it down, but still it's amazing how that one had the option to be published. I've had about 3 good scores unable to publish so far.
Personally, I think FM is crap. The desgin is bad, setup is bad, and all I ever hear of is people having problems.

The main problem is that while scores like that are obvious, it's also possible to add just a few hundred points which would be much harder to detect. :( Makes a joke of the whole thing, let's hope they fix this in the new 3dMark.

I think it was a placer motherboard so that would have been a Xeon processor in a E7505 motherboard no ?
Everyone knows those server motherboards are specifically geared towards Los Alamos doing 3dmark scores in the interest of national safety :D
Now it's disappeared and we have a 66MHz FSB leading a 133MHz board .Surely something is wrong no ? 133 is at least twice 66 .. heh heh LOL.
Spooky.
We should all bloody email them and tell them to get it sorted out. Only a mass posting will have any effect.
What's the address ?

I bet they are running 30 000 points plus at Groom Lake AFB using "special technology" ;)

Before u complaine so much ask yourself how much have u paid for 3dmark. They are doing a damn fine job giving us a great bench and the ORB for free. We can post as many scores as we want. §§§§ i still have scores that are a year old.

The point is Madonion, and everything before ir became futuremark was much better. They changed a lot of things that have made it worse, and people are complaining because they like the old one better. That, and LOTS of people haven't been able tp publish scores they wanted to have published, impressive scores too, which I believe never happened with the old madonion.

Just a point of interest from the testing of OPP concerning the nForce2 boards..change your timings from 4-2-2-2 to 5-2-2-2 or 6-2-2-2.....his 3DMark publication problems occurred with the first setting at 4....changing it to 5 allowed his subsequent benches to be published. That setting has no effect on memory bandwidth and also makes life a bit easier on HD's as far as corruption is concerned..at least from my testing.:)

I wasn't trying to flame anyone up above although it did sound like it :toast:

Ah yes that's another issue. I"ve been posting many threads on MadOnion/FM to ask them why the fook is it so hard to detect Tbreds properly ? Never get any reply.
