AGP speed and Voltages?

Thanks to xtreme i'm at 18.115 without any vmods!!! This is at 66mhz agp and 1.5v. I want to know the following:

1: Does raising vagp allow for a higher oc on the mem and gpu (not bus speed)
2. How does raising agp speed effect performance pros/cons
3. Whats a good speed for the r9700 and what vagp?

Unfortunately my scores vary by ~300pts from run to run and from reboot to reboot. Currently I can run stable at 70mhz 1.6v but i just set this spped for fun and haven't tried higher. My max 3d wasn't achieved at this speed. I think because i just have to find a happy boot up in order to brake my records LOL

Update: Rage3d tweak ownz powerstrip. Now with 70mhz i got 18276!!! Can't wait until swiftech sends me replacement gaskets for my TEC. 2600mhz here we come. That should produce 19k.
One more thing. 3dmark can't recognize me as an AMD athlon so i can't be in my class =( it just sais unknown 2300mhz
