gifs not moving in any web browser

i have a prob with gifs in all web browsers (FF,IE,opera etc..) but they work fine when i save them and view them with picture viewer. any ideas on how to fix this? :confused:

Some firewalls or popup blockers stop the animation.

i looked in zonealarm and it had that option and i turned it off but still no luck :(

what programs do you have as for firewalls/anti v/spyware ect.. I would disable them one at a time to see what fixes it. or even uninstall them. atleast narrorw the scope of problem down.

some browser settings or accelerators disable animation to speed up page loads...
