Help please, I need a good photoshopper!

Hi, I want to get my front and rear bumpers sprayed white on my car, at the moment they are black, but before I do it I want a preview. So please could someone edit the photo of my car below:

I want a line left black, just at the top of the number plate to about halfway down the number plate, you can see a groove going along, well I want to keep that bit black :)

I have tried doing it myself however I'm rubbish, and sorry for pic quality, its off of my phone ;)

:D be quiet! I'll have you know that car is a beast :p:

I can't afford a better car, I'm an apprentice motor mechanic, so I'm just biting the bullet and making the most of a bad situation. When I've finshed modding it I'll post pics :D Got a 206CC exhaust to put on it on friday, my car doesn't have a cat so it should sound pretty nice!
