Names of Various Drivers & Tweak Tools used for GPU

Hi Guys

Whats are the drivers that should be used for Nvida and Ati cards
also various softwares that are used to overclock and unlock the GPU's

Just wanted the names.

For Eg.

Nvida
- Coolbits
- Forceware Drivers
- RivaTuner

Ati
- AtiTool
- Omega & Catalyst [which one is better]

etc.......
