Help...New account out in SPACE?

Noob help please...I loaded D2OL on my work PC under my Email account...I did record the Node# but I have no way to see it under any of the team names...How do I get my work PC to add to my teams credits?

Pls keep it simple, I'm old...lol

login to d2ol website, and there is an option said add new node or something like that
