I'm waiting for stuff I ordered, but I know he's busy with his chilly1 units and some other HVAC stuff not related to computers, so it doesn't really bother me.

Ok, It's been 6 days now and still no reply to my PM. I understand that Chilly's busy, but I'm tired of looking at my CABNE Opty sitting in the box staring at me. Does anyone else sell modded Prommie's? I would hate to have to buy a non-modded one since I know from here that I would paying a lot for something that is sub-standard.
Man, I wish I had the talent of some of you guys to make my own phase! :(

I know it's tough to wait, that cpu must be just callin' out to ya :D
Be patient, he'll get back to ya soon. He makes a mighty fine phase unit, and you'll be happy with it. He's probably on top of a building somewhere fixing an aircon unit, and can't get internet reception on his laptop :p:
I'm sure he won't be long, and you could always throw him another PM in case he didn't get your last one.
Cheers
Gray

PC_ICE lies and damages the cooler arena.
After talking with NoL: I retract that
Chilly1 might be busy with my cascade that just arrived. It's all my fault.

So is it worth modding a mach I? Seems like it could use a new hose/evap, bigger condensor, and a recharge! :D It's just all Lian-li already. =/
Maybe that's too many mods as it's basically making a new one. Whats best just to get a few more years out of 'em? I could always spend $600 on a used vapo LS, but a few mods and this can beat it right?

Probably not even bigger condenser. Just desuperheater will do nicely. It will beat vapo LS no doubt. I consistently get about 10c better evap temp than vapo LS stock would with modifications you mentioned above. (just R402a or R404a not fancy mixture yet) You might be better of getting brand new unit and sell what you have. It will cost about same in end. Though, since you do have lian-li kit, might be worth modifiying it :) Danfoss NF9FX on those mach's are very nice compressors.

I got a bunch of DI containers in the works (6) and am getting a new grinder wheel to finish themm (Had a littel mishap.) The nits are all on the block .. This weekend whould put me in better shape.. BB and I are partenering ina HVAC service company here in Vegas and we are getting a helper for a month or so and Iam looking for a second one.. Also I have to move the shop it has outgrown the garage and it is getting almost impossiable to work with all the equipment. I got a call today and the shop I have been waiting for and offices for XtremeSystems are now available... So cross your fingers we are going to expand... and maybe clear up all teh supply side problems for all yall.....

If your going to be in the HVAC business, LV is a good one to do it in.
Good luck in the expansion, this business can be tough
