WTH does FSB have to do with artifacts ?

At 168Mhz FSB, even though the PCI/AGP bus is locked, I get heaps of artifacts with R9700 Pro at 418/363. Back down to 158Mhz FSB: no artifacts. Go up to 167: no artifacts either !

Well, I've seen a lot of people talking about the 9700's not liking high fsb's. I don't personally have one so I can't elaborate, but I know most of them have found ways around it. I'm going to move your post over to the 3dmark forum, you should get some responses over there on how to address this. :)
