Removing a deleted windows choice in bootup

I did this many years ago but I can't remember how I did it. Windows got corupted and I could not repair it so I reinstalled windows in a windows2 file. Now when I boot, I have to make a choice as to what file I want. I deleted the orginal file so I just have to delete the choice in bootup.

just edit boot.ini and remove the non required windows selection.
