Hi, what do u guys think is max. vdimm for lets say 5 minutes of benching?
Is 4Vdimm ok? or even more?

I think about 3.9V.
If it won't do what you want from it at 3.9V it won't do it at 4V either i reckon.
Put a fan over them at such voltages.

according to BH5 datasheet, 4.2V for old BH5. but sometimes PCB cant handle voltages as high as 4+

I know OPB used like 4v for his 296 2-2-2-5 run. I think cpulloverclock used the same for a suicide shot @ 302 2-2-2-5. It depends how short you are talking about. SPI 1m, I'd say 4.1, 4.2, 3d maybe 3.9, and something like SPI 32mb, maybe 3.7. Although, this is extreme systems.

I've used 4.07V reported in BIOS (so about 4.15V in reality) on oldschoold BH-5. They bench at 286-288Mhz 3.95V no problem.

i run 3.6v 24/7 for over 16 months now. pc d2oling so its always on 100% stress. also ran 4v for a week, no probs. above 4v anyway you dont really see much gains. i think that 4v would also last forever with BH5, those chips are like tanks. Ch5 is a different story, i run 3.6v on em 24/7 also with d2ol no problems, but im not sure how well long they would survive with 4v. prolly a couple of weeks 24/7. ive burned in with memtest at 3.8v for a week. no prob.

for BH5: 3.7 256mb sticks only. for 512 id only do 3.6v. thats whats speced by winbond anyway.
for CH5: 3.6v
make sure they are cooled though!

It all depends on what PCB on your BH/CH/utt
the old school bh/ch made by JDEC pcb 512mb can barely handle the volt over 3.5v
BP pcb can do up to 3.7~3.8v
i run 3.6v 24/7 for over 16 months now. pc d2oling so its always on 100% stress. also ran 4v for a week, no probs. above 4v anyway you dont really see much gains. i think that 4v would also last forever with BH5, those chips are like tanks. @raiden: See what I've posted in the BH5 database...there is no stick with more than 3.7V....few sticks will gain MHZ over 3.6V...4V is really all you need even for benching and kickin' hell outa BH5...certain sticks need really only 3.6V, at higher volts they will get unstable.
you will have to test this.
My recommandation: find the highest 3.6V MHZ, burn in a few hours and then give it 3.9V and fire it up with all you have...my bench-runs are always a little bit better if there was a stress test before ^^

my old corsair bh (JEDEC 6-lyr) responds much better to voltage over 3.5v than my new ocz gx3500 (BP). it is obvious it depends significantly more on the ICs than the PCB
what is the significance of the BP pcbs anyway? shorter overall trace length? fewer components (resistors, caps)? wider traces? i can see why it is easy to think it is better for overclocking than JEDEC pcbs, but is it really in the real world? has someone (OCZ) tested, like put 8 ICs on one pcb then put the SAME 8 ICs on another PCB? they must've...there must be definitive evidence that the BP is better. not just theory, real world testing. why hasn't mushkin or ocz or gskill released a white paper or something showing results? good for street cred. or maybe it's the fact that the BP pcb is cheaper to produce/buy is as good as results. or so i heard.

I shoved 4.1V into my mushies before I burnt them in. Did 289MHz. They weren't even hot. Few months later, one stick dies at 2.6V, later another dies at 3.6V... :(
3.6V is fine for 24/7 use as long as the pcb can support it (mushkin's one/bp [think ocz use it], etc). The chips have no problem with 3.6V

Ran 3.6 on 256 BH-5 for a long long long time never botherd it ran 3.8 through my UTT for a week long memtest burn in but it never helped clocks with those stick...even higher voltage...

i gave my new bh5 for benching 3,8v + and 24/7 3,6 an nothing hattend ....
i think for benching 4v+ is ok

PCB is only a problem with 512mb sticks. with 256mb sticks the pcb will last anything you throw at it. Its the chips thats the limiting factor.
With 512Mb sticks, its the PCB. BP PCB will do fine, but JDEC will have a tough time. you really need a fan over it. passive cooling on the chips only isnt enough.

what makes you think this? given my experience (albeit limited), i have a hard time taking your word for it
