I heard it was an MMO. Supposedly will make WoW look like child's play.

EDIT: from your own link, "Guild housing is available for those of you that know about it".

You don't need guild housing in a standalone but it sure is cool in an MMO...

Yea I read that but im hoping it might be something like clans having a 3d channel in the guise of a guild house.

Well, don't hold your breath.

I heard even more info about it being MMO. Including "better than WoW" etc.

I'd put some smallish cash on it being MMO right now.

Not trying to be argumentative, just don't want you getting your hopes up :)

Not... another... MMO. MMOs are JUST time consuming and since they [the MMO creators] earn money on a monthly basis, they make it slower than it should've been, just to make players stick around with it for another month or three... hate the MMO genre (as it is today)... just time-consuming. I'd have loved another single-player game... or even better... multi-player yes, but RTS:: STARCRAFT II, now where the hell is this game?

all mmo is about level up and go to the place with the biggest monster kill them earn XP money go and buy the best weapon armor etc and that is all plain boring

i preffer a single player game with some multiplayer.... they should make i.e. WoW with single player game history and mmo

No. Just no!

They swear they wont make d3. Gamers beg them. They do. And it's a MMORPG. Blizzard can kiss the fattest part of my ass.

Play Dungeon Siege II if you want D3 lmao. Diffrent storyline but the dang game is identical in ever other aspect.

I'd like to see D3 thou, should be interesting.

Ugh, I liked how D2 was, where you had to create games 'n it resets everytime you create a new game. MMO.. I dunno - I'm not paying a monthly fee, that's for sure.

jetjaguar > Yes, that's probably it. Especially since the SC dev team left shortly after the game had finished, so the people who made SC into what it became back then, and still is today in our memory and for some still using the uber-hacked bnet servers, simply aren't there anymore to continue the story and spirit of StarCraft.

I still think they should put a new dev team on it.

HKPolice > Yes, that's the issue. The monthly fee makes games slow, to stick players in the same places, iterating the same stuff over and over for long, so as to keep them from "finishing" the game or advancing too much too fast, so they may play less and stop paying... very cheap from MMO companies. Hate this business concept since it's just wasting your time.

MMO is the way of the future, and as i'm sure you know anything new has a few bumps and bruises on the way as it learns.

Pay to play sucks.

If I'm not mistaken they also announced or leaked or something that they are definately working on SC2.
