1.5 is ever so slightly slower, but you might be able to squeeze an extra MHz out by using it. But since you're hardsetting the clock at 250, I guess I'd go for 2-2-2-5. I'd more likely go for 2-2-2-0(or 3) if it were an option, but it doesn't make too much of a difference when trp = 2.
There's also some thought that TCCD can minorly benefit from CAS"1.5", but this obviously isn't TCCD and your bios can't access the "1.5" I'm alluding to.
On the DFI NF4, 1.5 is more like 2.02 :stick:
In fact, it's (commonly) known that 1.5 is simply an alternative to 2 with these boards. 1.5 happened to have been a convenient name.

cheers guys, i have found that 2-2-2-0 is the best. bit better than 2-2-2-5. cheers.
