identify a part please

Ok first off no digital camera, working out of town. This frigidaire 5000BTU unit I bought has been rewired now elimanated control pannel and wired on- off switch directly to comp. & fan. My question is there is a componet between the power switch and comp&fan its about the size of a empty toilet paper roll and its silver in color. Lots of numbers on it, here's a few,

CBB65A-1 250VAC 50/60HZ words on it Plant Oil.

Any help?

Yep it's a capacitor. Guess I need that.
