insane... mine couldnt handle the 250 FSB .... and if i use any bios dated ealier than 704-2BTA i get usb issues... I rma'd my HZ's easily tho with newegg still dont know what ram to go with just yet.

Could you include a screenshot of A64 tweaker settings?

isnt your Vcore a little bit high for a venice?

I run my venice at 1.65V V-core on highend aircooling, no problems.

running mine at 2.5v got me stable at 250fsb... who da thunk it. I may keep em.

I'm testing the RAM, not the venice, the venice is stable @ 2.9Ghz on air... with 1.8v :p:

I bought a new phase change, results soon..

I didn't test 2.5-3-3-5 with GBHZ, soon probably ;)

1.8v on air with a a64? I hope that's a typo. How long has it been running at 1.8v?

Ghostfac3, you can use these:

3-4-4-6-1T 2.8V
tRTW 4
Drive strenght 3weak (5)
Data strenght 1
tREF 1032
DQS increase 255

It's what works best for me, for stability at high clocks.

Unfortunately #8 isn't coming clean, but 280ish is rock stable; awesome memory these 2GBHZ's.

AndreYang
Jupiler
Nettwerk (what kind of cooling are you using?)
Jaco

this sucks. my current BIOS is:

TRCD: 4
TRAS: 8
TRP: 4
TRC: 7
TRFC: 18
TRRD: 2
TER: 2
TWTR: 2
TRWT: 3
TREF: 3684
TWCL: 1
DRAM BANK INTERLEAVE: ENABLE

DQS SKEW CONTROL: AUTO
DQS SKEW VALUE: 0
DRAM DRIVE STRENGTH: 8
DARM DATE DRIVE STRENGTH: 3

DARM RESPONSE: NORMAL
READ PREAMBLE TIME: 5NS
IDLECYCLE LIMIT: 256
DYNAMIC COUNTER: ENABLE
R/W QUEUE BYPASS:16
BYPASS MAX: 7
32 BYTE GRANULARITY: DISABLE

and here a link to a64: here (http://www.msu.edu/~nguyenbr/a64.JPG)

any suggestions people? thanks.

EDIT: cant even pass memtest at 265 :(
