The Premium has an additional Gigabit Lan port, support for Raid 5 and 10, 2 extra Raid channels, and onboard 1394 port. Umm, I think that's about it. They both overclock the same. ;)

im not sure but doesnt the premium have better fets or caps? or something like that :confused:

You might be right. I was just comparing the pics at Newegg, and it does look like the Premium is using different caps than the regular model. Then again, it is Newegg, so I don't know how accurate the pics are.
